My tired looking birthday girl. I woke her up with a present; bubble bath!
And I surprised her with balloons...I sneaked in while she was sleeping and put these up.
And these...the middle balloon I wrote on the wrong way so it has to be lifted up to see it. It says "Alyssa."
Birthday breakfast...I made "flower" - eggs with a red pepper around it.
Then off to school with a birthday treat to share with her class.
Decorating pumpkin cookies to give to her dance teacher and classmates.

We took her to a fun little place that night. She got to play games.
And ride on rides.
We got pizza there and it was surprisingly REALLY yummy!

It is an apple cake, with caramel sauce and homemade whip cream.
We were all surprised we liked it...I got the recipe from my friend...we tried it first at a church event.

What a wonderful birthday Alyssa had! you are such a great mom. I can't believe how big she is.... and sooo cute! She is so blessed to have you and Clint as parents. I can't wait until you are back here!!! :D
